Soli-bach 2nd version

"Soli-Bach" is conceived as a long series of encounters revolving around the mystery of the performer, whether dancer or musician. The existential questioning that underlies this work provides a solid framework for imagining that in ten years' time, I'll still be searching for a new version that I'll never stop working on. Through the memory of dancers, I dream of one day being able to remember all the different paths taken and to be able to show it to the public as a long choreographic testimony to the Suites."
Régine Chopinot in the program for the São Paulo Art Museum Auditorium (October 1996)
