PMP - Tour 2018

PacifikMeltingPot -
PMP is the meeting of Pacific artists brought together by Régine Chopinot. Their choreographic dialogue results in a harmony of bodies, a combination of songs and a concentration of gestures that seek to go beyond the particular to reach a common energy. After several years of collective work in situ (New Caledonia, New Zealand and Japan), Régine Chopinot has choreographed this "liquid continent" that is the Pacific, bringing together artists who are both islanders and connected to the outside world.PacifikMeltingPot is the result of this adventure. Like a ball thrown and then bouncing, the show expresses the tenuous balance between center and escape, lightness and weight, body and group.
